Our founder, Don Oldroyd, has been in the industry since 1987. His knowledge and skill has grown from purchasing to reconditioning product to customer service and selling throughout his career. His philosophy of customer service FIRST and higher quality has given SER a reputation of the best customer care in the industry. The company originated in Norcross Georgia in a 5000 sq. ft. building and through hard work from all SER employees has relocated to a 15000 sq. ft. building in Lilburn Georgia. SER has expanded its product line from circuit breakers upon inception to now providing to its customers the expanded material of buss plugs, panel mount switches, motor controls, transformers, safety switches, among other equipment. SER prides itself on treating each and every customer as family and will do whatever it takes to assist and fulfill the needs of its customers
